Attorney General Merrick Garland testified at an oversight hearing 
before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Topics included an October memo 
on threats against school boards and officials, voting rights, 
immigration law enforcement, the FBI mishandling of the U.S. gymnastics 
sexual abuse investigation, and investigation of the the January 6, 
2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
