the House of Representatives hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress.

Oversight Committee Debates Resolution to Hold Hunter Biden in Contempt
of Congress, Part 2
Hunter Biden unexpectedly appeared as an audience member during a House 
Oversight Committee hearing where lawmakers debated a resolution to 
hold him in contempt of Congress. The president's son was criticized 
for his appearance by Republican members, including Rep. Nancy Mace 
(R-SC) who demanded to know who bribed him to appear at the hearing. 
Democrats questioned the legitimacy of the contempt resolution, as they 
pointed to Republican members who ignored congressional subpoenas 
related to the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. In the end, 
lawmakers voted along party lines to move the contempt resolution 
against Hunter Biden out of committee to the full House floor where all 
members would vote.
