Teleint SA1 "No.1"

These were being dumped in Germany a couple of years ago, because the manufacturer had gone bust (and no updated Windows drivers were available :-). Works fine, so long you don't need audio support; that won't work due to a hardware limitation.

Configuration:

Teleint type=13 protocol=2 irq=X io=0xXXX
